We now have two full size Prunty Pitches that should ensure the future of Gaelic football in Corduff for generations to come. Lighting around the training pitch is in place and the foundation of the running track has been laid.

The extended terracing means we can now cater for up to 4,000 spectators and we look forward to hosting some major fixtures in the not too distant future.

Corduff Ladies

CORDUFF LADIES GFC

Seniors - played Donaghmoyne B team two weekends ago. After a good effort however the final score of 10 points to 8 showed Corduff to have just missed out. However the game remained unpredictable right up to the final whistle, and even the score sheet at half time (5 points to 3, to Donaghmoyne), reflected the difficulty both teams had in converting their efforts to scores. The girls will put this game down as an experience and continue to keep the league as the main priority for the present time. A comprehensive win over O’Neills the weekend before will no doubt help in the pursuit of success for the year ahead. Training continues as usual.

Annual Barbeque :  Keep free Saturday the 27th June for what promises to be yet another fantastic night for the Ladies club. With great food, music and fun for all, the ladies annual fundraiser is back with a vengeance. Spread the word and keep an eye out for updates on how and when to get your tickets. All money raised goes towards the running of the club for all age groups of the ladies club, so show your support, and get your ticket early!
